Now, we’re looking for an Investor Relations Lead to help us scale our investor network, deepen LP partnerships, and ensure our ventures are always capital-ready.
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Investor Relations professional to own and grow Neon’s fundraising and LP communications efforts. In this role, you will manage our investor CRM, craft fundraising narratives, and serve as the main point of contact for capital partners across our fund and studio operations. You’ll work closely with the executive team to shape our capital strategy and ensure all investor-facing touchpoints are aligned with our long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage relationships with existing and prospective LPs, angels, and venture partners
Own all fundraising collateral — including pitch decks, updates, and data rooms
Run investor outreach campaigns, events, and virtual briefings
Maintain and segment our investor CRM (Affinity, HubSpot, or similar)
Track fund performance metrics, KPIs, and portfolio updates
Coordinate capital calls, reporting cycles, and compliance documentation
Draft compelling investor updates and thought leadership content
Serve as the bridge between studio activity and investor visibility
Support founders in investor relations best practices and fundraising readiness
Requirements:
3–6 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or venture capital
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal
Strong grasp of financial metrics, fund structures, and LP expectations
Proven ability to build and manage investor pipelines
High attention to detail and follow-through
Based in New York or willing to relocate
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working with early-stage venture funds or accelerators
Familiarity with investor CRM tools like Affinity or HubSpot
Understanding of fund performance reporting and investor reporting standards
Ability to write clear and engaging fundraising materials
Knowledge of the emerging tech and AI investment landscape
