About Us:

Neon Venture Studio is a next-generation venture builder with teams in New York and Istanbul. We launch AI-powered startups in-house, validate them through real-world traction, and assign trained founders only after product-market fit is proven. Our model blends execution speed with strategic discipline — and we back every spinout with funding, talent, and operational support from Day 1. Now, we’re looking for an Investor Relations Lead to help us scale our investor network, deepen LP partnerships, and ensure our ventures are always capital-ready.

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated, relationship-driven Investor Relations professional to own and grow Neon’s fundraising and LP communications efforts. In this role, you will manage our investor CRM, craft fundraising narratives, and serve as the main point of contact for capital partners across our fund and studio operations. You’ll work closely with the executive team to shape our capital strategy and ensure all investor-facing touchpoints are aligned with our long-term vision.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with existing and prospective LPs, angels, and venture partners

  • Own all fundraising collateral — including pitch decks, updates, and data rooms

  • Run investor outreach campaigns, events, and virtual briefings

  • Maintain and segment our investor CRM (Affinity, HubSpot, or similar)

  • Track fund performance metrics, KPIs, and portfolio updates

  • Coordinate capital calls, reporting cycles, and compliance documentation

  • Draft compelling investor updates and thought leadership content

  • Serve as the bridge between studio activity and investor visibility

  • Support founders in investor relations best practices and fundraising readiness

Requirements:
  • 3–6 years of experience in investor relations, fundraising, or venture capital

  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills, both written and verbal

  • Strong grasp of financial metrics, fund structures, and LP expectations

  • Proven ability to build and manage investor pipelines

  • High attention to detail and follow-through

  • Based in New York or willing to relocate

  • Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working with early-stage venture funds or accelerators

  • Familiarity with investor CRM tools like Affinity or HubSpot

  • Understanding of fund performance reporting and investor reporting standards

  • Ability to write clear and engaging fundraising materials

  • Knowledge of the emerging tech and AI investment landscape

    .

What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary

  • Performance-based incentives and potential carry exposure

  • The opportunity to shape Neon’s investor ecosystem from the ground up

  • A key role in connecting capital to high-growth, validated startups

  • Exposure to cutting-edge AI ventures and founder networks
