Now, we’re looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to drive commercial traction across the EMEA region for our high-growth portfolio companies.
Job Description:
We’re looking for a high-energy, target-driven B2B Sales Specialist to lead outbound and inbound sales for early-stage SaaS products in the EMEA region. In this role, you’ll take ownership of the full sales funnel — from prospecting and outreach to closing and onboarding. You’ll work across multiple verticals and collaborate closely with our product and growth teams to shape offers, refine messaging, and close deals that matter.
Key Responsibilities:
Own the end-to-end sales process across EMEA — from lead generation to deal close
Identify and prioritize high-potential leads via LinkedIn, outbound campaigns, and events
Conduct discovery calls, demos, and negotiations with key decision-makers
Maintain accurate CRM hygiene and pipeline forecasting
Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine ICP, pitch decks, and messaging
Provide feedback loops on objections, pricing sensitivity, and buyer insights
Work with customer success to ensure smooth handoff and long-term satisfaction
Hit quarterly revenue goals and drive predictable pipeline growth
Requirements:
3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, preferably in EMEA markets
Proven ability to meet and exceed quotas in startup or scale-up environments
Fluent in English; additional languages (German, French, Arabic, etc.) are a plus
Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in remote sales
Confident with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and outbound sales tech
Comfortable selling across cultures and time zones
Based in or willing to travel to EMEA region markets
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in AI/SaaS tools, MarTech, or productivity platforms
Prior experience in a venture-backed startup or sales-led motion
Knowledge of BANT/MEDDIC qualification frameworks
Comfortable building cold outreach flows and automated sequences
Understanding of self-serve vs. sales-assisted models and when to apply them
