Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, and offer coordination
Organize onboarding programs and ensure smooth new hire experiences
Maintain HR systems, employee records, and compliance documentation
Support payroll, benefits, and contractor management processes
Drive performance review cycles, feedback systems, and career development paths
Respond to employee questions and support day-to-day HR operations
Collaborate with studio leadership to promote culture, inclusion, and team well-being
Contribute to process improvement and automation of internal HR workflows
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in HR, talent operations, or people experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills across remote and in-person teams
Familiarity with HR tools and platforms (e.g. Personio, BambooHR, Deel, etc.)
Detail-oriented and process-driven with a proactive mindset
Understanding of employment regulations, benefits, and best practices
Fluent in English (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience supporting international or distributed teams
Previous work in a startup, scale-up, or creative tech environment
Familiarity with ATS, performance management tools, and culture surveys
Interest in organizational psychology, DEI, or team enablement practices
Bonus: ability to build internal HR dashboards and automate workflows
What We Offer:
Competitive salary and room for role growth
The opportunity to shape people processes for multiple fast-growing ventures
Direct collaboration with founders and leadership across different companies
A supportive environment for personal and professional development
A front-row seat to how great teams get built — from 0 to scale
