Now, we’re looking for a Flutter Developer to bring our early-stage product ideas to life on both mobile and web platforms

Job Description:

We’re seeking a pragmatic and fast-moving Flutter Developer to build clean, performant, and scalable mobile experiences for our portfolio startups. In this role, you’ll work closely with product managers and designers to deliver MVPs with tight timelines, iterate on user feedback, and contribute to reusable architecture across ventures. You’ll play a key role in shipping polished mobile apps that scale from prototype to production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform applications using Flutter (iOS, Android, Web)

• Collaborate with product and design to translate wireframes and flows into functional interfaces

• Ensure UI consistency, responsiveness, and smooth performance

• Optimize apps for maximum speed, scalability, and usability

• Implement state management (e.g. Riverpod, Bloc, Provider) and modular architecture

• Integrate APIs and third-party SDKs securely and efficiently

• Debug and resolve technical issues quickly

• Participate in code reviews, documentation, and best practices across projects

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience building mobile apps using Flutter

• Solid understanding of Dart, Flutter SDK, and cross-platform development workflows

• Experience with RESTful APIs, Firebase, GraphQL, or similar integrations

• Strong UI/UX implementation skills and attention to detail

• Knowledge of state management patterns and clean architecture

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, iterative environments

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience deploying apps to App Store / Google Play

• Familiarity with CI/CD, version control (Git), and testing frameworks

• Experience with Web support in Flutter is a plus

• Previous experience in a startup, agency, or venture studio context

• Knowledge of AI integrations or chatbot SDKs is a bonus
