Now, we’re looking for a B2B Sales Specialist to help us scale revenue across the U.S. market for our most promising AI-driven ventures
Job Description:
We are seeking a results-oriented B2B Sales Specialist to take the lead in growing revenue and acquiring customers across the U.S. for early-stage SaaS products. You’ll manage full-cycle sales — from cold outreach and demos to closing and onboarding — while working closely with product and marketing teams to tailor solutions that resonate with American buyers. You’ll help shape GTM playbooks, uncover new segments, and become a key commercial voice across our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Own and execute full-cycle outbound and inbound sales across U.S. markets
Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and HubSpot
Deliver compelling product demos, value propositions, and negotiation follow-ups
Tailor pitches and messaging to the specific needs of U.S. enterprise and SMB clients
Track and report sales metrics, conversion rates, and forecasting
Work closely with growth and creative teams to refine ICP and campaign effectiveness
Surface customer objections and market feedback to inform product and pricing
Hit or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Requirements:
3–6 years of B2B SaaS sales experience focused on the U.S. market
Fluent in English with strong business writing and presentation skills
Demonstrated success in outbound prospecting and pipeline generation
Excellent communication and rapport-building skills via email, video, and phone
Hands-on experience with CRMs and outbound automation tools
Strong understanding of buyer personas, pricing models, and U.S. SaaS culture
Based in the U.S. or working fully remote in compatible time zones
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience at a high-growth startup or venture-backed company
Familiarity with sales methodologies (e.g. SPIN, Challenger, MEDDIC)
Comfortable managing long and short sales cycles
Experience selling productivity, AI, or MarTech tools
Bonus: Familiarity with self-serve → sales-assisted conversion models
