Now, we’re looking for a UI/UX Designer to help craft intuitive, elegant user experiences across our growing portfolio of AI products.

Job Description:

We are seeking a thoughtful and fast-moving UI/UX Designer to shape interfaces and user journeys that drive clarity, simplicity, and conversion. In this role, you’ll work across multiple early-stage ventures — collaborating with product, engineering, and growth teams to design user-centric flows, validate hypotheses with rapid testing, and bring MVPs to life with clear, intuitive, and conversion-optimized interfaces.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and iterate on intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes

• Create responsive, accessible UI designs across desktop and mobile

• Collaborate with product managers to translate user needs into elegant design solutions

• Conduct usability testing and synthesize feedback into actionable improvements

• Develop and maintain scalable design systems for fast-moving MVPs

• Deliver production-ready assets to engineering teams and support implementation

• Participate in rapid product sprints and launch cycles

• Balance visual polish with speed of execution in early-stage environments

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably for SaaS or mobile products

• Strong portfolio showcasing UX thinking and clean, modern UI design

• Proficiency in Figma (required), plus experience with prototyping tools (e.g. Framer, Marvel)

• Familiarity with accessibility principles and responsive web/mobile design

• Ability to work independently across multiple projects and ventures

• Strong communication and feedback integration skills

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in startup or venture studio environments

• Understanding of conversion-driven design and user psychology

• Comfort with fast iteration, MVP scoping, and rapid user testing

• Familiarity with AI tools and product contexts is a bonus

• Experience designing onboarding flows, empty states, and retention touchpoints
