Now, we’re looking for a Product Manager to drive scope, validation, and delivery for our next wave of AI startups.

Job Description:

We’re seeking a sharp, execution-focused Product Manager to lead scope definition, user validation, and MVP delivery on strict timelines. You’ll manage multiple early-stage products through the venture studio lifecycle — from zero to validation to handoff — working directly with founders, engineers, and designers to launch with precision and speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define clear product scopes aligned with strategic studio goals

• Design and implement validation plans (landing pages, waitlists, smoke tests, etc.)

• Own MVP planning, delivery timelines, and execution across cross-functional teams

• Gather and analyze early user feedback to inform iteration and feature prioritization

• Manage product sprints, standups, and handoff documentation

• Coordinate closely with design, engineering, and growth to ensure on-time launch

• Ensure alignment between business assumptions and product execution

• Track product KPIs and success benchmarks from day one

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of product management experience, ideally in early-stage environments

• Proven ability to deliver MVPs under tight deadlines

• Strong understanding of product discovery, validation, and lean startup principles

• Excellent organizational and prioritization skills

• Experience working with cross-functional teams in fast-paced settings

• Fluent in English (written and verbal)

• Based in the U.S. or EMEA time zones preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in venture studio, incubator, or zero-to-one product roles

• Familiarity with product tools like Notion, Linear, Trello, or Jira

• Comfort working with designers and engineers on low-fidelity to production-ready transitions

• Knowledge of AI or SaaS product development workflows

• Ability to balance speed with product intuition and risk management
